Well, you can see it this way.
Without pampering and servicing the engine, it would have been dead long time ago.
And with proper maintenance and some pampering it is no telling how long these engines will run without overhaul.
So it could very well be the original engine or it could be only a few thousand of miles on a new one.
The full engine number is needed to know the age but we still cannot tell if it has been rebuilt or not.
