Well. the easiest way is to rent a bigger torque wrench!
In theory, you can apparently do it with an extension bar on a socket wrench, your bathroom scales and some mathematics, but I imagine getting down to Pep Boys or wherever is easier, and probably more accurate.
You may need to go there to hire the actual socket anyway because it's a pretty big one.
