you will have to use a box end wrench. As Peter said, be very careful not to drop them. The only tough one is in the far back corner. One of those ratcheting box end wrenches will save you much time, as you can only turn that nut about a 1/4 turn each pass.
For the speakers, I drilled out the rivets on the factory speaker connector that is attached to the stock 6x9, then soldered it onto the new speakers so you can use the stock plug to connect the new speaker. I just cut the wires that go to the 1" tweeters and left them in the panel, as the 6x9's I bought (Sony X-plode) are 3 ways.
Took about 45 minutes to change both speakers. Sounds awesome!
