will adjust the boost LOWER if your base boost is too high. If that wasn't the case, you could simply adjust the base boost higher to get more boost/horsepower and we all know it's not that easy. Sounds like you have a sticking/dirty BPC that may need to be cleaned and/or replaced. When testing base boost, did you connect the hoses from the 'W' Wastegate and 'C' Compressor together, bypassing the BPC?
