Just as street and TRJ said... I have been testing the same area to only to find out my problem is a bad BPC. Connect the 'W' and 'C' vac hose together for base boost, cap the end of the unused hose. This will be baseboost and if you drive around and still find you are hitting boost cut you know that your wastegate is the sourse of the problem and needs adjusting. If you connect the hoses and you dont have the problem, you know to look at the BPC for cleaning or replacement. My car when I got it all 3 hoses were connected with a 'T' line, which makes is 1/2FPT 1/2LPT so I hear in which I am not hitting boost cut, and am still hitting around 10-12 psi. Waiting on a new BPC...If you find that your BPC is the problem matt there are a couple yards that have used once over the $200 part at eeuroparts.
