There is a lot posted on this board about TCS and fix. My '95Aero manual has been going through this lately, and I just got it fixed. I tried to summarize my experience to spell out some things that were new to me. I'm no mechanic, so all of this took thought. It was simple, and direct in retrospect.

The good thing is that you have the better TB with a number of upgrades. Don't buy a used part that ends in 075, the good one is 705. At least I think that is the latest, it should be what's on your Aero. I was going to spend the extra money for new if I could not find the later version used or rebuilt.

Saab advises replacing the TB if there is an error attributable to it. This is a complex system, so definitely take it to a good mechanic for diagnosis on their Tech II. Then study before wrenching. This is a fixable system.
