this point, but if you look at the intermediate shaft alignment problems the slight difference in carrier bracket heights can cause in auto to 5spd swaps, it seems worth considering. I know the worn out stock mounts I replaced allowed the transmission to sag a lot more than the poly. I'm not aware of a procedure to accurately line up the driveline before tightening the bolt in the slot or whether the slot has enough travel to compensate for the different working centers of the stock vs poly mounts. The proof that things change is the ways flex pipes self destruct right after you change mounts.
