to look for a decent 94 or 95 Saab 9000 CS. You can upgrade it to 200 hp easily enough and it is less likely to have been hammered on than an Aero.
A '93 Aero can be kinda questionable--as the one you're looking at seems to be. And as others note it is the oddball year.
That said, though, hold off price negotiations until you have it looked over by Walter Wong or Swedecar (TSN advertiser in Torrance). The inspection can give you real knowledge about the turbo and the TCS system and you can go from there.
But know that at 130K the car may be due a cash infusion. My daughter's '95 with 138K needed a load of stuff that added up to about $600 in parts. I DIY so it wasn't too bad, but you should know what it needs going in.
