I had a wheel speed sensor siezed into the hub. The cylindrical part broke away flush with the top of the hub. I drilled it out, using a drill bit that is smaller than the hole so as to not grind the hub. I did this using progressively larger drill bits. At one point, the sensor remnant was thin enough to break it away from the hub. Lots of WD-40 helps. Once I got the old one out, I used a vacuum to clear out the debris, plus I used light sand paper to remove rust and crude from the hub's hole.
Make sure that the hub turns without grinding on junk that you didn't remove. Also make sure you use the plastic sleeve. If you don't have one, the Saab dealer can get it. For once its not an expensive part.
