Caveat: I have never done this test! Quick test for the FPR is to hook up a piece of vacuum hose to the vacuum port and CAREFULLY suck. If the diaphragm is broken, which is the failure mode, you will know about it - Pheewechhhh!
That said, 150K is old for an O2 sensor. I recently replaced the two front sensors in our Audi A4 V6 at about 90K because of recurring CELs. By the way, I used the 1992 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8 sensors, $36.95 each - see a link to a "how to" in a recent post from me.
