guys, I posted before but will again. if you are talking about the small screw that is opposite the alignment screw for the wheels that is in holds the rotor in... DRILL the head of the screw out. don't worry about the shaft. Find a drill bit that is *large* and will clean out the tapered head of the screw *leaving* the shaft. match it to the tapered hole in the new rotor, the other rotor, or where the alignment pin comes out. The screw is really pretty soft metal. The rotor will come off and you can turn the remainder with ease as it will no longer have any strech on the threads. Yep, the torx face on a soft screw that gets streched will deform... put some anti seize on the new one...
I've had to do it about one out of three times on mine 7 saabs over the last 18 years. And the guy that ordered extra ones is thinking ahead!
