Replaced header/flex pipe AND O2 sensor. I used the little aluminum barrel connectors, the straight ones that you just slip the ends of the leads in each end and crimp them with the stripper/cutter/crimper multitool. I double crimped them and used the pink heatshrink tubing to insulate them, then slipped the supplied black heatshield over that. It was a little tight to work down there but having the header pipe off allowed me a bit more room to work. I also loosened the point that you mention under the AC compressor to allow me to gain an extra inch or two pulling the wire through. I probably ended up with 4 or 5 inches of extra wire and zip tied it to the coolant hose below the AC compressor to keep it away from the hot pipe. Have yet to start the car ( dead battery ) but all in all the job went smoothly...anti-seize on the exhaust nuts helped immensely. Sorry for the test post, but after typing all this, sometimes I am denied posting for whatever reason.
