1. You cannot use 94 wiring with a 93 engine. You cannot modify a 93 engine to work with 94 crank sensor.
2. If you use 91 wiring, you must also fit the LH ECU. I don't know the full spectrum of things that are different in terms of sensors and doodads, but there will be a lot of stuff that's different.
You'd probably see better results if you stick with the 93 electronics, but fit a TCS on/off switch after you swap transmissions. You will need someone with an ISAT or Tech II to reprogram the Trionic/TCS computers for a manual car, and probably will need to remove the ASR component, which is the supplemental brain that operates the automatic transmission kickdown wire.
But, above all, keep in mind that if TCS is currently working fine, there's nothing that says it will necessarily screw up in the future. Usually, TCS diagnosis/repair is pretty straightforward. Most problems emanate from the safety valve on the firewall, cheap at less than $100 last time I checked.
