Turning over is the starter spinning the engine. Starting is, well, starting.
Since you say you have spark, I assume the starter is turning the engine over, so that isn't an issue.
The Holy Trinity is Spark, Air, Fuel. You say you have spark. Assuming nothing is clogging the intake, you have air. Fuel is the next one. Jumper fuses 14 to 22. Even with the key off, you should hear the fuel pump run (in the trunk). If it doesn't, it's likely the fuel pump.
