I think David and Turrbo might be missing the point that you're asking about break in oil. Synthetic is clearly better for everyday use.
Yes, "dino" does mean conventional oil. It's also conventional wisdom to break in an engine on regular oil as it helps the rings seat which minimizes oil consumption. Some manufacturers now break engines in with synthetic, but there may be different machining processes, etc. for these engines. I don't know. Since there's no reason not too, I would break in with conventional oil, even though it may be an old wives tale.
However, this doesn't have much to do with spun bearings or oil pressure, and with the luck you're having properly seated rings might be the least of your worries.
