Jon, the configuration of my heater control panel is differnet from what you suggest. The right side of the panel has two columns on 5 buttons each. The lower left button is a fan control buttom not a vent button. I wasn't able to get into the diagnostic mode holding the buttons as you suggested. Is there another approach I should try to get into diag mode?
Thanks, Tim
