do you have a multimeter?
if so, set it for ohms or continuity. pull the bulb out and check between the terminals inside the light and the terminals on the back of the clock. two should have a connection (power for light and ground) see if there is a connection between one of the two and the screws holding the cover on.
if so, that's ground, and the other of the two is power for the light. the remaining one with no continuity is power for the clock.
if not, then check for resistance between the two with the bulb in. it should be a few ohms. then check between the others, there should be no connection at all between clock power and light power, and something (maybe a meg?) between clock power and ground.
if you have a car with the same clock, it'd be easy to probe the car side of the connector with a voltmeter, but it sounds like you don't have that option.
if i had to guess, i would say the middle one is ground.
it is a nice clock! good luck.
