- sorry for any confusion, but you might like to take another look at it.
For the dyno runs I started with BCPR7ES plugs, then changed over to the Platinum equivalent - both sets were 7s. The power drop was tiny (perhaps 1 bhp - insignificant if you take into account all the other variables on the dyno runs.
I also commented that when using Platinum plugs in the 9000 the 6 heat range is said to work better than the 7. I bought the Platinum 7s before I heard about that.
Oh yes - I agree with soneway that the 1.1mm gap is rather big - I set them to 0.9mm, personally.
