I would definitely be careful. It sounds like she may not pay. She already thinks its not her fault because you parked on "her" street. I also don't understand the statement about her deductible. This claim would be under her liability insurance which has no deductible in most states.
At a minimum, be prepared to make a claim against her insurance. Ask her for her insurance information, if she refuses, at least get her car's tag, in most states you can trace insurance with the tag no.
Send her a letter asking her to pay, stating nicely but clearly that she was at fault. Hopefully, she will reply saying its your fault becuase you parked behind her, but then at least you have in writing from her that she hit your car.
