'91 is a good year IMO. B234T motor, short-tail hatchback, no TCS. Only good thing it doesn't have is Aero seats.

That said...

Blue book hardly matters on something that old. It's worth whatever the seller will take.

An early B234T of that mileage needs cam and balance-shaft chains and tensioners and a balance-shaft-chain crank sprocket pretty much immediately if it hasn't already had them. Any rattling around the front of the engine?

Suspension wear points - front suspension bushings and the front bushings of the rear trailing arms. No original 9000 shock/strut is going to be any good at 200K if they haven't already been replaced.

The little 205/50-16 tires are pretty harsh on the ride front and the wheels take a beating, at 200K they'd be bent pretty badly around here. The pre-93 front fenders are tight, even a 205/55-16 tire will rub a bit on the outboard side.

I just (at 170K miles) tossed the original setup off our '92 and put a set of 16x7.5 wheels and 225/50-16 tires on the car, the ride and grip are both much better but you have to go to a 35mm offset to get the tires to fit in front.

Saab parts prices are often ridiculous - the prices on stuff you can't get from aftermarket sources makes BMW pricing on parts for my '00 M5 look like absolute chump change. This is why old expensive cars like '91 9000Ts are worth nothing - they still cost real money to service.
