Burt,
I'm a little confused after reading the dialogue between you and Kurt. If the bolts are one way only i dont quite get how tightening the existing ones would help so I agree with you on that one. The way i've interpreted what you guys have said is as follows
1.) Buy a kit at Napa (not sure which one, if you could provide the name that would be helpful) and check to see if the gasket is really blown.
2.) loosen all bolts, pull one buy one, lightly torque, then when all are in torque to factory spec in the correct order(i'm assuming the spec is relatively easy to find somewhere on the internet)

How do I get to the bolts and other than buying new bolts, is there anything else I need to purchase before trying this? Some sort of procedure would be helpful...

Thanks in advance for all the help and the new arival welcome is greatly appreciated!
