No advantage to cross-drilled rotors...

...despite their vaunted advantages, they actually give up some surface area, reducing their efficiency a smidge, and the cooling of the cross-drilling only makes a difference under very extreme conditions (i.e., heavy duty track usage). Even on the track, many racers do not use cross-drilled rotors because they may have a heightened tendency to crack around the cross drillings.
Furthermore, you MUST avoid rotors that were literally drilled into standard rotors, as a fair proportion of aftermarket cross-drilled rotors are. This is as opposed to the rotors originally being manufactured with the holes. The distinction is that during the second drilling process, microcracks can form at the drillings, and under heating and cooling cycles can spread, possibly causing rotor failure.
In the end, aside from some cosmetic differences, the only result you'll get from cross-drilled rotors is a tendency to eat pads faster, plus the risks of rotor failure, however remote.
I'd stick with the standard rotor whatever else you decide to do.
