I purchased ceramic pads for my '94 Aero from eeuroparts. I think they were either PBR or Axis. I hoped they would be low dust like the Akebono pads I purchased for my Town and Country, or the carbon fiber pads I purchased for my SVT. They are fine quiet pads, but they aren't low dust. I would say the dust levels are about the same as the Mintex pads they replaced, but the dust is not as 'sticky'. You can pretty much wipe the stuff of with a rag.
