Take the cover off of the relay/fuse panel that is located behind the left headlight. There is a tab you can push and the whole relay/fuse panel swings out from the box so you can see the wires as they run into the relay sockets. The wire you are looking for is black with a white stripe and connects between pin 5 of the fog light relay and fuse number number 4. Cut that wire check to see that your fog lights have stopped working, by putting on the parking lights and pressing in the fog light switch, Once you are satisfied that you have cut the right wire, connect the cut wire that runs to the fog light to any ground you can find in the box. Tape off the wire end that goes to the high beam headlight fuse. In the box, all the ground wires are black with no stripe. Your best bet is pin B4 on the headlight relay. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, add a length of wire from relay over to the ground point (#7) behind the battery. You can solder and tape the wire extension or use a butt splice.
Hope that helps.
