BF Goodrich Traction T/A outer edge wear...?

By the way, in reference to below post, both the outer and inner edge of my front right tire are worn nearly bald. The car tracks straight, however, as the tire wear became worse, the car tended to pull right, which may have increased the rate of wear on the right tire compared to the front left, which is also worn on both the outside and inside edge, though not as bad as the right...
The rear's are wearing more evenly, though tend to wear more on outside edge. I keep tires inflated to 35-36 psi. The front right was consistently 35 psi after months without inflation, so it wasn't running low...
What I notice about this tire is that it always looks like it's underinflated, but when i test it, it tests fine... It may be that the bulging causes the outside edge of the tire to wear prematurely?
Any chance I could get a warranty coverage for mileage, or did I blow that by not properly rotating these uni-directional tires?
