as soon as you need it, you'll realized you let it go in the shell that went to the junkyard. To date, stuff I've let go that I thought was minimal, and useless are....
1) Rear catalytic converter hanger that bolts to the block.
2) ABS Sensor
3) Cabin air sensor
4) Front wheel bearing
5) BULBS!! Tailights, headlights, parking lights.
6) Fuel pump
....there is a very fine line between keeping everything, and keeping nothing, depends on room, your desires, how understanding your wife is!, etc. If I had a spot to keep them, I would never send them to the yard. I'd keep the whole car assembled and take stuff as I needed it.
