Two things -
First, when you turn the key to ON, do all the normal dash lights come on (CEL, Oil, ABS, etc)? When the engine cranks, do they still stay on (dimming some OK)? If the lights don't come on and stay on, the problem is in the ignition switch.

Second - You know you have fuel because the plugs are wet. Probably the first thing you did. Checked the plugs recently for fuel? Do you know that you still have good fuel pressure?

I ask because a buddy of mine seems to have found a pump failure mode not previously covered in the No Start test. The pump can still run, but you get no fuel pressure. The fuel pump itself connects to the outlet through a short hose. If that hose fails or becomes disconnected, you'll hear the fuel pump run just fine. But it'll just be circulating fuel inside the tank, and not be providing enough fuel to start the car. And since the fuel system started out somewhat pressurized, you'll get some fuel on the plugs.

I would pull the DI, flip it over, and stick four spark plugs in. Use spare plugs - don't crank the engine and leave the plug holes open, or you'll suck stuff in. Ground each plug body to chassis, and give the engine a quick crank. You should see the plugs all spark. If they don't, it's likely the CPS.

If they do spark, then chances are you're not getting fuel, or enough fuel. Add decent amounts of fuel and a spark, and barring a weasel stuck in the air intake, the engine will at least stumble.
