Hi there,
I've got a '96 9000CS that has a blown head gasket.
Mechanic is saying it's going to cost too much to fix (versus value of the car)..
Otherwise the car is in decent shape.
So, I'm looking for info on what to do next. Should I...
a. donate to charity (how do I avoid fraudsters here?)
b. call a junk yard (know any in Brooklyn, NY?)
c. donate it to some other cause? (school? know any in Brooklyn?)
d. other???
Very appreciative for any guidance here. First time I've needed to consider unloading a car other than selling it.
regards,
Clayton
