Thanks for the great responses. I've got a bunch of new vacuum hose on the way, so I'll replace all of that and hopefully that will do it. There are definitely some brittle looking ones in there.
As for bulbs. I've had to replace them all in the past 6 months or so. My car has developed quite and appitite for them. I'm pretty sure I got dual filament for the brake lights, but I will check. If I recall correctly, there should be 4 dual filament bulbs in back. Two on the lower half of the panel on each side, right?
If the connection is bad at the circuit board, do I just heat up the existing connection with a soldering iron, clean it and then solder in a new wire?
