are as follows:
Resistance between negative battery post and neg motor lead: 0 ohms. I believe this indicates that the ground (neg) connection is okay.
Voltage between pins at two-pin motor connector from relay: 12.6 volts. I am guessing the voltage is getting to the motor.
resistance of motor at motor leads: 23 ohms. This seems high to me. At 12 volts this would be a 2 amp draw, not much for a high press hydraulic pump I think.
It appears that the motor has pumped its last. Is this how these typically fail? It does not appear to have a lead shorted to ground. I would expect to have seen a blown fuse if it had shorted to ground, or if the pump or the motor had lockup up.
If in fact it is dead, I may be tempted to drive with 'manual brakes'. That looks to be a major job to change out. My right leg will soon be much stronger and bigger that my left!!
