Dunno the usial screwup is a floppy pedal. the Rubber hyd hose Can (in theory) turn into a one way valve But in my experience over 40 + years I've only seen it Once and it was a 30 year old line. Very unlikely that's happening in yours, besides the symptom of the rthat would be a massively slipping clutch. Easiest thing to do first is to attack the pore master cylinder. These have long history of failing early and for no apparent reason. Dealer can get you the rebuild kit.
Be Very careful.. Take photos, draw a picture etc.. when pulling it apart as the wee innard bits are in a specific order and finding a Diagram as to HOW they are supposed to be arranged can be surprisingly Difficult.
