Central Locking, door latch works, etc.....

I'm attacking a problem with central locks that has been around for 6 months or so.....I dismantled the rear door with the stuck lock plunger yesterday, and while I wait for those ^&%$* door clips to arrive (9266644 must buy in quantity of 5)... I put the door back together, but I am unable to open the door from the interior. I did pull the rear-end latch piece out ( 3 40 torx screws) and lubricate it well, and it does open from the outside. I haven't found a procedure, and I'm otherwise unfamiliar with the mysteries of the latches.....
The re-install didn't give me any central locks BTW, and the others move nicely, so today's assignment will be to pull the controller out and re-flow the solder there.
Can anyone clue me in to the re-install procedure of the rear latch piece so that the doors open from within ? (yes, set to open on the rear door frame child-lock ....)
Thanks
Mark
