The spec in my owners manual is 88 ft. lb. I use a torque wrench to make sure all bolts are uniformly torqued to that spec.
It probably will be be a hassle to loosen them on the road. I'd hesitate to use my spare anyway because it is as old as the car. It looks new, but the rubber is surely oxidized by now.
