It wont let me post my email address though :/ Is there a way around this? I am not a member yet...
I attempted to remove the inlet pipe in order to move the butterfly but it didn't want to come off and I was running out of daylight. Do I need to remove throttle cable and bracket to get more clearance so I can just pull it off?
One more thing I wanted to point out was that the 2 screws that connect the plastic part of the TB were loose. One was REALLY loose :/ like half way out! :O I tightend all of them down. I wonder if it is possible that dirt was getting in the gap left by the loose screw and causing the brushes to loose contact and now that dirt cant get in there, the brushes have gotten through the dirt and are making good contact again?
ANYway, thanks agian for all your input on this!
Let me know how to get you my email address
