Sam- Thank you for the link to the fualt code document!
I did replace the fuel filter. In that same vein, I suppose it is possible I could have gotten bad fuel and really clogged it, but that is a bit remote. I am careful where I buy gas, but you never know.
It sounds to me like either I have a fuel line pressure issue (as you mentioned) and therefore maybe bad fuel pressure regulator or possibly there was something that I did wrong when I replaced the fuel pump itself (I replaced pump, not assy). I'll see if I can test the fuel pressure regulator and possibly borrow a fuel pressure gauge I just found out a friend has.
The hunt continues!
