I'm 90% sure all you'd have to do is unplug the electrical connector on the boost control valve.
If that doesn't work, I *think* the hoses you want to connect together are "W" and "C". But don't take my word for it - what you want to do is ensure that the hose from the wastegate is connected to the one coming from the port on the side of the turbo compressor. The other hose (going to the plastic pipe going to the turbocharger inlet) can be left open or plugged.
If you do the above, be careful with your right foot when you first drive the car. If disconnecting/bypassing the valve worked, you'll get very low boost. If it didn't, you'll get very high boost.
