Lately, I've noticed that my EDU is showing 11.6 or lower and then after a while rebounds back to the high 13's. This is not the startup low voltage. I've checked the output at the battery before when it did this but always got 13's (which matched the EDU). Yesterday, it did it again 11.6 at EDU and on the battery. Could both the battery and alternator be bad at the same time? Battery is 4.5 years old, Bosch VR with new brushes (6 mos) and 190K 20 year old alternator. 1993 9000 CSE, NA, 5 speed.
