Next time it's giving you a low voltage on the EDU, get voltage drop numbers. We're looking for a drop (resistance) in the main battery and ground cables first, but it could be further down stream in the fuse box, etc.
I guess I don't understand what the question is for the shaft key? it's a woodruff key, flat side out, everything should slip fit with no force.
