Have not check for parasitic draw but this morning I had 14.2v at startup. Voltage swings are all over the place so I am going with a new alternator. Finally got the alternator out. No way this one was going out through the top. Anyway, I am trying to put the pulley back on the new Bosch alternator. Any guidance on what to do with the shaft key on the new one? Obviously I have never done this before. Thanks in advance.
