I personally wouldn't run a 5w of any kind in my turbo car, except in very cold weather--colder than what we get here in Baton Rouge. But I really don't think that in moderate temperatures this oil would damage anything. I'd refrain from leaving it in during very hot summer weather, though.
I don't know where you live, but here in Baton Rouge I can run 15w40 year around, and its a viscosity that is turbo friendly.
Why not just use Mobil 1 15w50? It is very good oil, easy to find, reasonably priced, and has a good viscosity range. If it gets really cold where you live, change to 5w or 10w30 during those months.
