say something to the effect. If you don't have a manual, try get one from Saab.
The battery is fine, the voltage varies with the type of battery used, my 2 9K show somewhere in the high 9s (in real cold weather and not driven for a few days) to about 10 something overnight.
Also, if you have daytime running lights activated, the voltage would be a tad lower too.
