First thought is a bad connection - you changed battery recently - maybe a connection is not tight or clean. If that is not it, get the battery checked. Even "new" batteries can be faulty. One problem is "how long was battery sitting on shelf" before you bought it. Not an expert, but in my view, all your symptoms point to battery or alternator. The starting problem cannot be alternator so it's probably the battery & a bad connection would be first bet.
