I think you will be happier with the Honda

I bet I hear about that Subject line.
Look, don't take this wrong way, but if you are debating between a honda and an Aero, you probably have a perspective on automobiles that is not consistent with Saab ownership. The honda is an appliance. If what you need is an appliance, a 9000, any 9000, is the wrong car for you.
I have 2 9000s. I have debated about buying a third at various times. My current favorite is a 91 turbo with 145k. There is a lot of reward from these cars. But it comes at a price. Sometimes a pretty steep price. Mostly aggravation, but it all adds up. If I wasn't crazy about cars, and a little crazy in general, I would be driving my mother's Mazda Millenia. Boring. Nice. But Boring.
Drive the Aero. If you are not addicted. If you can stop yourself from riding the red line from 2nd through 4th, if at least one tire is not sliding through every turn, that car is not for you. If, however, after your test drive, you arrive at the dealership with glowing red rotors and sweating palms, your hair matted down, your heart pounding, the payment calculator in your head churning overtime, you will hate that honda every single day.
You see, these cars are high maintenance. They ask a lot of you. And for it to be worth it, you have to adequately appreciate what they give you in return.
For me, those moments on the highway, punching the accelerator at 90, watching the turbo gauge jump forward, being pushed back in the seat, and they are great seats, makes it all worth it.
