'94 model year was covered by three kinds of warranties: 3yr/160,00mi for wear and adjustment items; 3yr/40,000mi for bumper-to-bumper except wear items; and 6yr/80,000mi for major systems. During regular service just before the 6 yr. mark, the dealer discovered that manual transmission oil was leaking from one of the seals (input or selector shaft). Fortunately it was covered under the major systems warranty, so they replaced the seal, but I had to pay a $150 deductible. (The warranty page doesn't mention any deductibles, does it.) Anyway, now, two years later, out of any warranty, both input and selector shaft seals are leaking again, but no puddle on the floor yet. Supposedly it is a seven hour job to replace both. Oh well...

One thing I'm not sure of is whether engine and transmission mounts are covered by major systems warranty. If so, I regret not asking about these before the warranty expired, as they are quite cracked now (at 7yrs/75,000mi).

Curiously, "Check mounts" is not listed as one of the tasks to perform during a maintenance service. I don't know whether the dealer mechanic ever bothered to check them, or whether they notice the cracks but don't say anything unless the customer complains or specifically asks about them, or what. Actually, I wonder whether the mechanic does even half of what the maintenance booklet calls for. "Clean battery terminals" is one item that I know they didn't do on at least one occasion. "Rotate tires" was another. Who knows what these people really do...
