Which 9000 is best?

I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on which used 9000 turbo model is the best to consider?
I currently own an 88 9000T with 223,000 and if it weren't for the rust would have no problem keeping it going, she runs great. However the NE, upstate NY is tought on the body of a 13+ year old car.
Back to the question. I'm am looking for another 9000 turbo and am not sure which year is better. I like the 93+ year style but some say to stay away from 93-94 because of traction control? I really can't afford anything to new so newer then 95 is probably out of the question. I have seen a 95 CSE with a V6 that I could swing finacialy but not sure of any problems with these cars.
91-92 have the best HP short of the aero but someone told me to stay away from those motors, they have a timing chain issue.
I'm looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of the verious model 9000's. Can anyone help?
Oh, then the other question, is there another car that would be similar if not better then the Saab in the same price range for the year? 89-91 BMW 535I is pretty nice. I like the gas milage along with the performance of 9000T.
Can anyone help?
