Voltage problems

Hello again,
I would like to ask you for something. I have observed that the voltage shown on instrument panel behaves in strange way. Here I have to admit that it shows the truth - I checked it with a voltometer connected to the battery.
So when the engine is cold everything works well - it shows 13,9-14,1V. When turn on headlights, the ACC is working and cooling fan starts to blow it drops to 13,6-13,7V - which is still good. But later it is going down and down - after engine heats up it shows 13,3-13,5V but when I turn on lights, ACC and cooling fan it drops even to 12,7V. It is not related to the rpm of the engine. It try not to think about fall and winter when I will have to turn on the wipers, headlights, heated back-window and mirrors. Now everything works fine. The battery is in good condition.
What do you think - where is the problem hidden? Or maybe it is not a problem?
It regards my 9K CSE '94 2,3 LPT automatic. The second SAAB I own (9K '90 2,0i) doesn't have this kind of problems.
Thanks
