To establish base boost:
Release motor rod hold shaft, to prevent turning, release jam nut turn clevis connector anti clockwise until it is easy to slip on waste gate lever when waste gate is fully closed, push anti clockwise to close. Turn clevis clockwise 3.5 turns (3.0 mm compression on motor spring) and engage waste gate pin. Hold rod and tighten jam nut install retainer clip.
Your 92 has the Di/APC controller and most likely a separate fuel bocontroller box. hard to say about 92s what they have because of Saab design flux. But the 92, in my opinion, was one of the most capable Saab for getting the adrenaline flowing. The 225-230 hp versions (CSTS, TSA) would eat Aeros for lunch- all day long. If you aren't hitting fuel cut off you should be ok. My TSA would hold steady at half full red and peg occasionally with 98 RON fuel, depended on how I punched it. It ran very well with RON 95 fuel and still boosted well up to the redband. good enough for normal alll around driving. If you chip it, be very careful that you get base boost properly set and keep your plugs narrow gapped.
