A couple of years ago, someone described this noise as a "water hammer" which is apparently a term used in the plumbing business. I love that name and it has helped me to deal with that noise, which I have not had time to fix in the last few years.
I usually tilt the sunroof up for a couple of minutes and the noise goes away. Apparently, the drains from the sunroof terminate under the false bulkhead and you can clean out the bottoms of the drain pipes and end the noise.
