Ahhh Haaa
I fiddled with this thing all day yesterday and here's what I've done.

Replaced the coil and the ignition module? (small box on drivers fenderwell) and still no spark, car turns over fine however and yes the tach moves a little bit when cranking.
Let me say somthing before I go any further, when I say No Spark, I mean no spark from the coil itself. Anway, I grabbed a Haynes manual and followed a few of their diagnostic steps and in the process, discovered I was receiving 0 voltage at the coils posotive lead. So feeling that I have nothing to lose if it didn't work, I made a straight connection from the battery + to the Coils + and WALA! the car will now start woohooo!!

Well Kinda,
The car will now start this way, but all the guages and idiot lights are not working properly. IE: guages bounce up/down and all the idiot lights stay on constantly. The other problem is that the car will not shut off now by turning off the key, It will die after removing my jumper wire.

With this info can we now pin point more accurately where the root of the problem is? Maby a bad fuse or switch I can check next?
I have so far, pulled out and traced all the wires going to coil back in to the dash board. I can see no obvious damage and the wires check fine for continuity. This leads me to beleive that there's almost got to be a switch, relay, or fuse thats bad somewhere. If anyone has a suggestion Pease let me know.

Thank You,
Bill
