with the control arm mounted on the subframe, you can't get a socket on the rear nut that torques the bushing. Plus you want the car on the wheels so the suspension is static for this bushing to be torqued. The value of the torque you put on that nut will reflect how much flex the control arm has. The nut squishes the bushing to make it swell in its housing. In my opinion this is the only critical torque value as far as how the driver will notice it on the road.
Besides the rear bushing, the front bushing would only accept open ended wrenches too. I could have torqed the ball joint, sway bar(which I did), and the subframe connections near the rear bushing.
With the included link you'll see in photo 2 the rear bushing and the nut needed to be torqued. That folder has most of the other components that need to be removed to get the control arm out. In photo 5, you can see the two bolt heads for the front bushing in the subframe and how the are not accessable because of the trany. Check it out. Maybe there are differences in the years.
